Nanno Mulder

Head of International Trade Unit ECLAC.

ECLAC is one of the five regional commissions under the United Nations and is based in Santiago de Chile. Its research and technical assistance areas are global value chains in general and digital services in particular, cross-border e-commerce and sustainable commerce, with a focus on SME internationalisation, the gender gap and climate change/circular economy. She works on these issues with partner organisations, governments and the private sector. He has previously worked at the OECD and CEPII in Paris and completed a PhD in Economics at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
