Lázaro Rodríguez Oliva
Member of the Panel of Experts of the International Fund for Cultural Diversity at UNESCO.
He is a member of the UNESCO/European Union Expert Groups on Cultural Governance 2019-2022, and of the UNESCO Expert Group for the implementation of the 2030 Culture Indicators. Furthermore, he is an international consultant for the UNESCO/European Union Transculture Programme. He is also responsible for the design of the National Strategy for Cultural Diplomacy in Panama.
